For the first time all season long, the Notre Dame Basketball program will get to play in front of fans. As the Men’s Basketball Team finishes out their 2020-21 regular season against ACC rivals in NC State and Florida State, a limited number of students will be allowed to cheer on the Irish inside Purcell Pavilion.

On Tuesday night, the official Twitter site of the Notre Dame Basketball team tweeted out the good news, as well as a link for those to claim tickets. Of course, it will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, and you can be sure that despite a down season for the Irish, these are going to go fast.

Even head coach Mike Brey joined the action in announcing the tickets. A link to the attendance policies for the University can be found here.

Notre Dame Basketball looking to finish the regular season strong

As they head towards the 2020-21 ACC Tournament, the Notre Dame Basketball team will look to finish out their regular-season slate in strong fashion. To do so, they will have to beat two very solid ACC teams in NC State and Florida State, with the Seminoles being the top-ranked team in the conference, and No. 11 overall.

After playing solid basketball for over a month, the Irish have stalled late in the season, as they have lost three straight on the road against Syracuse, Louisville, and Boston College. Closing out the regular season at home could be just what they need, and they have not lost at home since January 27 against Virginia Tech

Prentiss Hubb, Nate Laszewski, and company will look to close out the regular season on a high note, and hopefully improve their standings as the ACC Tournament kicks off this month. They will have to either win the tournament, or make a run to the finals to punch their ticket to the NCAA Tournament, so these two games at home will be crucial to not only standings but also their physique going into the conference tourney.
