The Notre Dame Football team is losing a solid player with Tommy Tremble declaring early, and he continues to gain national attention.

The Notre Dame Football program will see 14 players participate in their Pro Day, after being well-represented in the Senior Bowl. Throughout the draft process, we have seen Notre Dame prospects rise and fall in mock drafts, going everywhere from No. 8 overall to the seventh round.

For tight end Tommy Tremble, he has had arguably the most impressive draft season of them all, going from a head-scratching early declaration to being whispered as being a second-round draft pick. Tremble has the skill set to be an absolute monster at the tight end position at the next level and should enjoy even more success than he did in South Bend.

Notre Dame Football star could land in Day 2

There is no doubt that Tremble will be selected in the 2021 NFL Draft, the only question is just how high. He has already started to gain national praise from many media outlets, and on Monday, one huge name put his reputation on the line when speaking of the Notre Dame football star.

Matt Miller, the founder of thedraftscout.com, and a featured guest on ESPN tweeted this out in terms of all the prospects that could land on Day 2 or 3.

That is very high praise from a guy who is becoming a national brand thanks to his incredible work building up his own sites, and now with his national spots on ESPN. Miller is right up there with the likes of Todd McShay and Mel Kiper, and for Tremble, this praise could not come at a better time.

Notre Dame football will host their Pro Day in nine days, and it will be nationally televised on the NBC Sports Network. If he can nail down a solid Pro Day, coupled with what he has already done this draft season, becoming a second-round pick certainly is not off the table for Tremble.
