With the 2021 NFL Draft slated to kick off tomorrow night, we take a look at where our staff feels some Notre Dame Football players will land.

The 2021 NFL Draft is finally here and several Notre Dame football players are hoping to hear their name called at the event in Cleveland. Some of our writers at Slap the Sign shared their predictions for where each Notre Dame player will be selected in this year’s draft.

In April of 2020, the NFL had to convert their annual draft to a virtual format due to the coronavirus pandemic. This year, the NFL is returning to normalcy by hosting an in-person draft in Cleveland.

14 former Notre Dame players will be hoping to either hear their names called during the three days of the draft or sign contracts as undrafted free agents shortly after the draft concludes.

You can find a variety of opinions about these 14 Notre Dame players amongst draft analysts. The consensus is that at least seven Irish players will definitely be drafted. Some think we could see as many as eleven Notre Dame players drafted.

As we are ones to do, our staff writers at Slap the Sign decided to try our hands at draft prognostication. In this article, we focus on ten Notre Dame players whom we perceive to have the best chances of being drafted.

Those ten players are (in alphabetical order): Aaron Banks, Ian Book, Liam Eichenberg, Robert Hainsey, Daelin Hayes, Tommy Kraemer, Nick McCloud, Ade Ogundeji, Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, and Tommy Tremble.

We did not include Shaun Crawford, Javon McKinley, Ben Skowronek, and Brock Wright because all the writers who participated in this article think those players will go undrafted.
