Notre Dame football: 2021 NFL Draft tracker with grades, analysis

Complete list of Notre Dame Football players selected

The Notre Dame football program figured to have at least eight players selected in the 2021 NFL Draft, and as we cruise through the second round, there have already been three off the board. Liam Eichenberg was first, followed by offensive linemate Aaron Banks, with JOK going a few picks after Banks.

With that said, here is the complete list of Notre Dame football players selected across the three-day event.

  • Second Round, No. 42: Liam Eichenberg, OT, Miami Dolphins
  • Second Round, No. 48: Aaron Banks, OG, San Francisco 49ers
  • Second Round, No. 52: Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, LB, Cleveland Browns
  • Third Round, No. 83: Tommy Tremble, TE, Carolina Panthers
  • Third Round, No. 95: Robert Hainsey, OL, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
  • Fourth Round, No. 133: Ian Book, QB, New Orleans Saints
  • Fifth Round, No. 171: Daelin Hayes, DE, Baltimore Ravens
  • Fifth Round, No. 182: Adetokunbo Ogundeji, DE, Atlanta Falcons

The fact that JOK was not the first member of this Notre Dame Football program off the board was a shock, but he definitely landed in a great spot with the Cleveland Browns. It seems like all the Irish players taken so far are going to places where they can start right away, which is really all you can ask for come draft time.

It was a banner year for the Notre Dame Football team, and while there were no first-round picks, the program was well-represented across the three-day event. The Irish will now say goodbye to a special group of players, a group that won a ton of games, went to two College Football Playoffs, and continued to move the program in the right direction.
