The Notre Dame football team has a big question mark at wide receiver, so which member of the position group has the most to prove in 2021?

There is a lot to question when it comes to the Notre Dame football team on the offensive side of the ball, especially with all the talent they lost this offseason. Between the starting quarterback, to both of their top wideouts, and eighty percent of their starting offensive line, the offense is in a bit of a reloading process.

Luckily for the Irish, they still have a bunch of talent on campus and have brought in a pretty solid recruiting class for the 2021 season. Overall, they should be able to replace most of the pieces they lost, but when it comes to the wide receiver spots, we still do not know who is going to replace Ben Skowronek and Javon McKinley atop the depth chart.

McKinley and Skowronek were the unquestioned leaders of the wide receiver room last season, but both have gone on to start their NFL careers. Left in South Bend is a great mixture of veteran talent, as well as true freshman, making this a question mark, but also one that could turn into a strength.

As we inch towards the summer practices, let us take a look at which wide receiver has the most to prove in 2021.
