JOK and Tremble eyeing starting jobs in Year 1

Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah and Tommy Tremble were picked in the second, and third round, respectively, with JOK being a second-round pick of the Cleveland Browns. It has been an up-and-down first training camp with Cleveland, as he had to sit due to COVID-19, but has since returned to the field.

Because of that, he is far down on the depth chart, coming in as the third Will linebacker for the Browns behind the likes of Mack Wilson and Malcolm Smith. Wilson is only 23-years old, and already has two seasons under his belt with the franchise, so if he stays at Will, that is going to be a tough mountain to climb for JOK.

Tremble is actually in a great spot in Carolina, as he is currently the No. 2 LTE, and has a chance to join Ian Thomas in the starting lineup this season. The Panthers are looking for weapons for Sam Darnold, and guys who can block for Christian McCaffrey, and based on Tremble’s skill set, he has the ability to do both for head coach Matt Rhule.
