The Notre Dame football program has plenty of former players in the NFL, and here, we try and put together the optimal fantasy football lineup for 2021.

The Notre Dame football program is one of the best in the country, as they have been to two of the last three College Football Playoffs. However, when it comes to the NFL, they are not a team that many would put at the top of the list in terms of fantasy football options, outside of a few position groups.

Here, we look at three former members of the Notre Dame football program who can help you win your fantasy football league in 2021.

No. 3: Cole Kmet, TE, Chicago Bears

We start out at the tight end position, where the Irish could have two former players at the position group that should have an outstanding 2021 NFL season. One is Kyle Rudolph, who is playing for his second team since joining the NFL, as he will man one of the tight end spots in New York with the Giants.

The other is Cole Kmet, one of the more exciting young tight ends in football, and one that many will have a breakout fantasy football season. He has been putting in the work with Justin Fields all summer long, and when all is said and done, he is going to be a top pass-catching option for the Chicago Bears this football season.
