Notre Dame football: 3 reasons to worry coming out of 2021 fall camp

The Notre Dame football team kicks off their 2021 regular season on Sunday, and here are three things to worry about coming out of fall camp.

We are less than a week away from the first game of the 2021 regular season for the Notre Dame football team, and we could not be more excited. This is going to be a very interesting season for the Irish, as they saw a bunch of talent leave for the NFL, and have a new defensive coordinator in place in Marcus Freeman.

For Notre Dame, this is a season where a lot of question marks loom heading out of fall camp, which is why some media pundits are high on them, and some not so much. Still, the talent remains on this roster, and they begin the season ranked No. 9 in the initial AP Poll.

Going into the matchup against Florida State, we have already discussed some things to be optimistic about, but it is not all positive coming out of fall camp. Like every team in the country, the Irish are hoping that players will step up who have never started before, while also remaining one of the top teams in the country.

With that said, here are some things to worry about heading into Week 1.
