4 reasons the Notre Dame football team will beat Wisconsin in Week 4

Kyren Williams will get it going on the ground

While Wisconsin did a nice job on the ground against Eastern Michigan, they struggled to get anything going on that side of the ball the week before against Penn State. On Saturday, the Irish will have a decided advantage at the running back spot, thanks to the fact that Kyren Williams is one of the better all-around backs in the country.

Williams has yet to eclipse the 100-yard mark this season, which is a bit of a surprise considering the Irish have yet to play a ranked team this year. However, he did get it going a bit last weekend against Purdue, and the Wisconsin game will be the one where he breaks out, getting his 2021 season on track.

I expect this game to be a low-scoring, ground-it-out type contest between these two teams, led by one of the best running backs in the country. Williams will be the key for the Irish in Week 4, as they try to control the clock, and run the ball consistently with their solid collection of backs, led by Williams.
