The Notre Dame football team takes on Cincinnati on Saturday, and here are three Bearcats who just be stopped for them to come away 5-0.

In what should be their toughest opponent on the 2021 schedule, the Notre Dame football team will host the Cincinnati Bearcats in Week 5. Both of these teams come in as top-10 teams according to the latest AP Poll, and both will look to continue their trek towards a possible College Football Playoff appearance.

With that said, let us look at three members of the Bearcats who must be stopped in Week 5.

Arquon Bush, Cornerback

The Cincinnati defense is a solid group, one that was put together by current Notre Dame football defensive coordinator Marcus Freeman. While Ahmad Gardner got a lot of first-round buzz coming into the season, he is one of three shutdown cornerbacks the Bearcats defense boasts, a group that includes Arquon Bush.

It has been an outstanding season for Bush, who has been all over the field, leading the team in interceptions, while also collecting ten tackles and a sack in 2021. He is a guy that must be accounted for at all times, as he has rounded into one of the better ball-hawking cornerbacks in the AAC.
