The Notre Dame football team takes on the USC Trojans in Week 8 of the college football season, and here are three things to keep an eye on.

The Notre Dame football team will battle it out against the USC Trojans in Week 8, as both teams go into the game fresh off their bye week. A tremendous rivalry game, the Irish and Trojans saw this matchup paused last season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and will pick the action back up on Saturday night.

Here, we look at three things to keep an eye on in this Week 8 rivalry game.

Revamped offensive line

The Notre Dame football team got better play from their offensive line the last time out, and a lot of it had to do with some new faces. Andrew Kristofic replaced Zeke Correll early on against Virginia Tech, and the Irish may have finally found their left tackle with Blake Fisher out in Joe Alt.

This led to the Irish offense moving the ball on the ground, and late in the game, Jack Coan had enough time to lead the team to a victory. They will need to step up against a tough USC pass rush led by Drake Jackson and Korey Feldman, and it will be interesting to see if they can put two good efforts together in a row.
