Notre Dame football vs. UNC Tar Heels: 3 bold predictions in Week 9

Kyren Williams rushes for over 150 yards

Last weekend, the Notre Dame football team was led on offense by Kyren Williams, who we put in our bold predictions for the USC game as going for over 125 yards. This weekend, we are going to up the ante, as Williams is going to run all over this UNC defense, en-route to a 150-yard effort.

In 2020, Williams rushed for over 150 yards only one time, a 185-yard effort against the Florida State Seminoles. This will be the game he eclipses that mark this season, as he dominated the Tar Heels last season, rushing for 124 yards on 23 carries and two touchdowns in a blowout victory on the road.

Williams is playing at a very high level right now, and his offensive line has stepped up in recent weeks. Notre Dame football is only going to go as far as Williams will take him, and on Saturday night, he will put the offense on his back and rush for a season-high in an Irish win.
