The Notre Dame football team takes on Navy in Week 10 of the college football season, and it should be a blowout victory for the Irish.

Since coming out of the bye week, the Notre Dame football team is playing a dominant brand of football, after strong victories against USC and UNC. Since moving some piece around up front along the offensive line, the Irish have been able to get their run game going, and Kyren Williams is playing on another level right now.

During the wins against USC and UNC, Williams rushed for 138 and 199 yards, respectively, as neither team had an answer for him. This weekend, he takes on a Navy defense that is going to struggle against him as well, as another 100-yard effort will definitely be in the cards as long as he stays healthy.

Navy is an interesting team, as they won last weekend without completing a pass, so they will be like no team the Irish have faced this season. Still, the Irish are playing at a high level right now and looking to make a statement, so they should be up for the task in this one.

Notre Dame football rolls against the Midshipmen

Sitting with a 7-1 record, and going against a 2-6 Navy team, the Irish should get out to a fast start and dominate the Navy Midshipmen. Navy has caused some teams fits, but Notre Dame football, who has struggled against lesser competition all season long, will be ready for the Midshipmen at home.

Williams is playing his best football of the season, the defense has playmakers on all three levels, and we saw a nice blend of Jack Coan and Tyler Buchner against UNC this past weekend.

This is a game the Irish need to win, and to win big, especially after starting out as the No. 10 team in the first CFP rankings. They need to start stacking wins and doing so in dominant fashion, and I believe this one gets ugly early.

Final Score: Notre Dame 44, Navy 20
