Notre Dame football vs Navy: 3 reasons the Irish will win in 2021 Week 10

The Irish offensive line is playing its best football of the season

The big key for the Irish as of late has been the play of their offensive line, a unit that should have a big advantage in this matchup against Navy. The offensive line has cleared holes for star running back Kyren Williams in a big way the last two weeks, as he has rushed for over 300 yards in the wins against USC and UNC combined.

On Saturday, Williams should go off again, as he could end up closer to the 199 yards he had against UNC than the 138 yards he had against USC. Either way, the Notre Dame football team has been strong along the offensive line, giving Jack Coan and Tyler Buchner time to operate this offense as well.

If the Irish continue to play the way they have in recent weeks, especially up front along the offensive line, they are going to be a hard team to beat. Notre Dame football is the better team in this matchup and should control the line of scrimmage, making life difficult for this Navy defensive line all day long.
