The Notre Dame football team will hit the road in Week 11, as they travel to Charlottesville, Virginia to take on the Virginia Cavaliers. This is a big game for the Irish, who have played three straight inside Notre Dame Stadium, and are still looking to make a push towards a second consecutive CFP appearance.

Here, we look at three Irish players who be crucial if the team hopes to knock off Virginia on the road in Week 11.

Notre Dame football at Virginia: 3 Irish players to watch

Cam Hart

Looking at this Virginia team, they have some dynamic players on the offensive side of the ball, including quarterback Brennan Armstrong. Leading the FBS in total yards, the signal-caller is a bit banged up right now and will be a game-time decision, but head coach Bronco Mendenhall did say he planned to have his quarterback for this matchup.

If he does play, look for him to target star wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks early and often, making this a tough assignment for cornerback Cam Hart. Hart is a player who has stepped up time and time again for the Irish this season, and this will be just another big test for a defensive back that has improved his draft stock in a big way in 2021.
