The Notre Dame football team goes into their game against the Virginia Cavaliers with an 8-1 record, and a real shot at playing in a major bowl game this season. The team got off to a slow start to the season, struggling against lesser teams, before dropping a game at home against now-No. 2 Cincinnati.
Still, there is a lot to play for this season, and they will look to continue their perfect record on the road against the Cavaliers in Week 11. The Cavaliers could be without star quarterback Brennan Armstrong on Saturday night, as he will be a game-time decision, a loss that could prove devastating for one of the more prolific passing attacks in the country.
For the Irish, they need to stay the course, continuing to lean on star running back Kyren Williams. He has been outstanding since the team revamped their offensive line, and could run wild against this Cavaliers defensive tonight.
