Notre Dame football at Stanford: 3 bold predictions in Week 13

No touchdowns for Stanford

For the last three games, the Notre Dame defense has been playing on another level, holding the opposition without a touchdown in each matchup. No matter who the competition is, that is a staggering statistic, and against Stanford, there is a good chance they could make it four in a row.

The amazing this about this run is the fact they are doing it without Kyle Hamilton, widely considered one of the best defensive players in the country. Guys are stepping up on all three levels, and against a Stanford team that only scored one touchdown last weekend, the defense should dominate in this one as well.

This is going to be a cakewalk for the Irish, who go into this game riding a six-game winning streak, and will easily make it seven. Sure, holding a team without a touchdown for a fourth straight game is a tall task, but these are bold predictions, and maybe Freeman and company can get the job done one more time in the regular season.
