The Notre Dame basketball team takes on Virginia Tech in MBB ACC Tournament action tonight, and here is how you can catch the action.

The time has come for the Notre Dame basketball team to take the floor in the 2022 ACC Tournament, which is being held in Brooklyn, NY at the Barclay’s Center. For the Irish, they have played their way to the No. 2 seed in the ACC Tournament, and on Wednesday night, watched as Virginia Tech punched their ticket to this quarterfinal matchup against Clemson.

In that game, the Hokies dominated early on, but a furious Clemson rally in the second half forced the game to overtime. There, Darius Maddox hit a game-winning three-pointer as time expired, sending the No. 7 seed to what should be a fierce battle against the Irish tonight.

This is a matchup of two teams that met only once in the regular season, with the Hokies beating the Irish in front of the home fans. That was the only loss for Notre Dame in an 11-game stretch, so the Irish would love nothing more than to enact revenge on the Hokies, and likely end any chance Virginia Tech has of making the Big Dance.

Here is how you can watch the Notre Dame basketball team in action tonight

When: Thursday, March 10, 2022

What: ACC MBB Tournament Quarterfinals

Who: Notre Dame vs Virginia Tech

Time: 7 pm ET

TV: ESPN2

Live Stream: FuboTV

Notre Dame has a tough task ahead of them tonight in the player of Keve Alum, who is not only an All-ACC player but had 19 points and ten rebounds against Clemson last night in the victory. The Irish do have fresh legs, having not played a game since March 5, which happened to be a blowout victory at home against Pitt.

A win tonight sends the Irish into the semifinals, with a real chance to cut down the nets and win the ACC Tournament one game later. It has been a magical regular season for Notre Dame in 2021-22, and hopefully, the party can continue for a few more weeks.
