The Notre Dame football team took the field for their Pro Day on Friday, and here are some noteworthy performances.

The NFL Draft process is a saga. After playing for three or four seasons, and putting what you look like in-game action on tape, you can now prove your value in running shorts and a t-shirt. A Pro Day is the same thing as the NFL Combine, where draft-eligible players work out and perform drills for scouts, as well as go through an interview process.

However, Pro Days are held on campus, rather than in Indianapolis. Pro Days also allow for every player at a school who wants to compete to do so, whereas other things like the combine require an invitation.

A lot of scouts put more stock into a Pro Day performance than they do in a combine performance. This is because there is more control in a Pro Day performance. This is where players are more comfortable, and because of that that most players do every workout at a Pro Day.

At the combine, many players don’t do every workout.

Some might not think it’s worth their time to bench, for instance, with everyone watching them at the combine. Instead, they like to get their work done at their own practice field.

Notre Dame football held their Pro Day on March 25th, and, as always, it was a showcase of some of the best talent in the NFL Draft. That included the likes of Kyle Hamilton and Kyren Williams, both of whom declared early for the NFL Draft and missed the Fiesta Bowl.

They weren’t alone, though, and there were tons of great performances at Notre Dame’s 2022 Pro Day.

There were plenty of great performances at the Pro Day. Some players stood out for how they performed in drills. Others did great in workouts, and while we don’t directly hear much about interviews, others will have stood out for how they did there. Here are a few Irish players who put together great Pro Days:
