The Notre Dame football team will take on the Stanford Cardinal on Saturday night, and here is all the info you need for this matchup.

The Notre Dame football team (3-2) will host the Stanford Cardinal (1-4) in primetime in Week 7. The Fighting Irish are a 17-point favorite and will look to win its fourth straight game of the season vs their long-time rival. Notre Dame has won three straight in this matchup and leads the overall series 21-13.

This looks to be another game for the Irish offense to build momentum vs a struggling Cardinal defense. Notre Dame should be able to run the ball at will and hopefully hit some big plays in the passing game as well.

Here is how you can catch Notre Dame football vs Stanford:

Notre Dame football will look to stay hot and continue its winning ways following last week’s 28-20 win vs #16 BYU. The Irish should be able to control this game from the opening kick-off. While the Cardinal offense, which is led by quarterback Tanner McKee, will present some challenges for the Irish defense, the Cardinal offense could be without two starters on the offensive line which was already vulnerable and was going to be a tough task at full strength to hold up against a very talented Notre Dame defensive line.

Look for Notre Dame to dominate in the trenches on Saturday night vs a reconstructed offensive line. When Notre Dame’s offense takes the field led by quarterback Drew Pyne, the Irish will be able to have its way vs a vulnerable Cardinal defense. I think this game has the potential to be a lopsided victory for the Irish.

This isn’t the Stanford team of old and this is a Stanford program that has been on the decline for the past couple of years. Will Notre Dame take it to Stanford early and often and never leave this game in any doubt or will it be a four-quarter dogfight? Tune in Saturday night to find out.
