I’m excited to again attend the Notre Dame football spring game in South Bend on April 22nd. If you’re close by or willing to make the trip like me, come check it out and DM me on Twitter; I’d love to meet any fellow Irish fans.

The game is to be played on Saturday, April 22nd, and while it still says “time TBA,” I’d guess it’s around the same time as last year, which I believe was at noon. Surely though, it won’t be any later than the usual early afternoon Notre Dame football games but could be as early as 11 am or noon. That said, I’ll be there Friday night so that we can enjoy the campus then and before the game on Saturday.

The game will once again be broadcast on Peacock, and if you don’t have a subscription to that service, it’ll be available on demand via Fighting Irish TV following the completion of the game. Tickets can be purchased by calling 833-NDIRISH or heading to this link to purchase them online. The general admission and preferred reserved seatback tickets both still seem available via the site.

As for the recruits visiting campus that day, the only committed recruit confirmed is Owen Wafle, a big-time defensive lineman recruit. According to the guys at 247Sports, Mylachi Williams, Davis Andrews, Cameron Melvin, and Davion Dixon will be joining him at the Blue-Gold Game.

It’s a VIP note, and that’s just a tiny portion of the list spring/summer visitor list they have. If you want to check out the rest, subscribe to the guys at Irish Illustrated, it’s completely worth your time and money.

It’ll be a fun day for Irish fans to check out the new squad heading into next season. While it would be prudent to be careful with Sam Hartman, I hope they let him get a handful of drives in; I would love to get a close-up look at the talented QB.
