Notre Dame Fighting Irish star Audric Estime and several of his teammates are coming close to making decisions on their playing careers and the NFL.

Estime, cornerback Cam Hart, linebacker JD Bertrand, and Joe Alt are just a few of the Notre Dame Football stars talking about where they’ll be playing in 2024.

With just two weeks left in the regular season, questions have started on what their plans are. Considering that Alt is considered a Top-10 pick and Estime has been getting more love, it’s not exactly a mystery where some of them are leaning.

On3 recently talked to a few of the Fighting Irish stars about where they stand and it should not surprise anyone to find out that as a general rule, they’re all waiting. There’s two weeks to go in the season and most if not all of the players who are looking at the NFL are going to wait until after the game against Stanford to make a decision.

Notre Dame Fighting Irish win but lose a big star

The Notre Dame Women’s Basketball team cruised to an easy victory on Wednesday night. They beat the Northwestern Wildcats by a whopping 110-52 score. However, the win, which improves the Fighting Irish to 2-1 on the season isn’t the big news of the night.

The big news is that one of the best guards in the game, Sonia Citron looks like she might be out for a while. When sophomore Cass Prosper crashed into Citron’s leg defending a drive from a Northwestern player, Citron instantly clutched at her right knee.

For now, it’s not known how serious is it. But it didn’t look like a minor injury. When Citron was walking off the court with a help of the trainer, there were tears in her eyes. Considering the hopes and dreams of this Notre Dame Fighting Irish team, Citron going down this early would be a major blow.
