As the No. 9 Notre Dame Fighting Irish demolished the No. 22 Pitt Panthers, running back Jadarian Price might have had one of the most memorable plays of the game, and it was on a kick return.

When the Panthers kicked off to start the second half, Price was sent onto the field to return Pitt kicker Sam Carpenter's ball. As he stormed down the field, blowing past defenders, Carpenter actually snagged onto Price's undershirt.

What came next was hilarious and was the perfect representation of Pitt's day in the top-25 matchup against Notre Dame.

Jadarian Price had fans crying they were laughing so hard

Price quite literally dragged Carpenter by him as the 195-pound place kicker hung on for dear life, trying to take down the 209-pound running back.

In fact, Price gained an extra 10 yards or so with Carpenter hanging onto his shirt, which quite literally looked like he was riding his coattails down the field.

At that point in the game, the Fighting Irish already held a 21-3 lead over the Panthers, a lead that would only grow over the next two quarters as Notre Dame earned its second top-25 victory of the season.

With the win, Notre Dame improved to 8-2 on the year, with two ranked wins and two ranked losses to its name. Undeniably, the win over the Panthers was the Fighting Irish's biggest and best argument to be in the top 12 of the College Football Playoff rankings, no matter what anyone said before the game.

Price finished the game with just 21 yards, but his kick return was one of the best moments of the matchup, and it wouldn't be forgotten by Notre Dame fans (or by Carpenter) anytime soon.

Up next, the Fighting Irish face the unranked Syracuse Orange on Saturday, Nov. 22, before taking on the Stanford Cardinal on Saturday, Nov. 29, to conclude the regular season.
