It is almost time; we are now less than two weeks away from the Fighting Irish will hit the field for the first time this college football season. Notre Dame will take the long flight down South to take on the Miami Hurricanes in Week 1, and apparently, Miami is "pulling out all the stops" to try and rattle the Fighting Irish...yeah, good luck with that.

For the first game of the season, Miami has called for an Orange Out, asking all their fans to wear orange for the first game of the season and to bring all the noise in order to be the difference makers in the game. If Miami needs noise in order to make a difference in this game, then they must be scared of Notre Dame.

The post on social media by the Miami Hurricanes said this was not a request, but a challenge, meaning they are going to see if Notre Dame will have to play in a sea of orange. Do they not realize that the Fighting Irish faithful travels pretty well?

If Miami really thinks an Orange Out is going to rattle Notre Dame, then they have another thing coming. Also, let's not forget that Miami plays in Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins, so it probably won't be full, as they probably don't even have that many fans.

Notre Dame is pretty used to going and playing in some pretty hostile environments and has no trouble walking away with a win. If Miami has to pull out all the stops just to try and get a small edge over the Fighting Irish, then they must be pretty scared.

By no means will this be an easy game for Notre Dame, as they will have to work out any growing pains behind a new quarterback this season, but there is confidence that the Fighting Irish will walk away with a win in Week 1, even if Miami thinks the orange with rattle Notre Dame.
