Notre Dame football is looking to cash in on one of the best 2025 recruiting classes in the country by locking big names down.

Early National Signing Day for the 2025 class is finally here for the Notre Dame football team and the rest of the country. As has been the case for Marcus Freeman and his staff for the last few years, the Irish have largely locked down who they want ahead of the big day and Wednesday will just be about making everything official.

That doesn’t mean that there won’t be any surprises, especially when you consider guys like Madden Faraimo are almost certainly going to get pitched right down to the wire. The linebacker picked USC earlier this week, but the Blue and Gold may not go away quietly.

The Notre Dame football team currently has 24 commits and is ranked in or right around the Top 10 by all three major recruiting services heading into Early Signing Day. The 24 that are in the boat is about average for Freeman and for now, it doesn’t appear any are planning on signing anywhere else.

While the Irish don’t expect to lose anyone, recruiting is wilder this year than it has been for a while. This post will be update periodically throughout the day on Early Signing Day with all the signees and potential flips.
