Reddish recently talked to Irish Illustrated about why he pulled the trigger for the Notre Dame football team. His comments are as good as fans in and around South Bend could have hoped.

Reddish isn't the only commit who has had this kind of reaction to Marcus Freeman and his staff. It's the reason the crew has had so much success this year especially on the recruiting front.

Freeman has been getting rave reviews from targets as well as commits for the last few years. He's someone who seems to truly win over the hearts and minds of the guys he comes into contact with.

He's also someone who has shown he can develop talent, as Reddish pointed out. One need look no further than Leonard Moore when talking about youngsters getting playing time as a true freshman.
