Notre Dame football defensive snap counts and ratings after Louisville landslide
The Notre Dame football defense was not as sharp as it could have been. There were in fact, times when Al Golden's unit was getting gashed. On the other hand there were times when they bowed up and stopped the Cardinals when it counted the most.
Following the 31-24 win, the there were players, like Xavier Watts who stood out and really showed that they are among the best in the country. Two forced fumbles, 3 sacks and 7 tackles for loss.
The Notre Dame football team has some serious performers on that side of the ball. They have so much talent, as a matter of fact that it seems like a different dude steps up every week.
