Justin and Jayson Ademilola are looking into enrolling early.

I spoke with their father, Ade Ademilola, this morning who told me that his dynamic twin sons are very interested in graduating early from St. Peter’s Prep so that they can get on campus early at Notre Dame, get a jump on classes and start training with the football team.

“The boys want to come on and help the team as fast as they can but not sure if their school will let them leave early,” said Ade.

The story is, St. Peter’s Prep doesn’t typically graduate players early so some inquiries and discussions will need to be made. The Notre Dame defensive line is riddled with question marks and uncertainties. The early addition of Jayson and Justin would certainly be a welcome one.

The twins had an outstanding junior season for St. Peter’s Prep, one of the premier prep schools in the north-east, and former school of Brandon Wimbush.

Last season, from the drop end position, Justin racked up 83 tackles, 10.5 sacks, 1 forced fumble and 20 quarterback hurries. He projects very nicely in Mike Elko’s defense as he plays a similar role in Jersey City that he will under Mike Elston at Notre Dame.

Jayson Ademilola also had a monster year. He tallied 86 tackles (very impressive from the tackle position), 11.5 sacks, 2 forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. Like incoming freshman Darnell Ewell, Notre Dame will be adding star talent to the interior of the defense with Jayson on board.

This year, Notre dame had 5 players enroll early; tight end Brock Wright, running back C.J. Holmes, safety Isaiah Robertson, offensive lineman Robert Hainsey and another offensive lineman, Aaron Banks.

So far from the ’18 class, Micah Jones told me that he will enroll early, but so far, he is the only one that is scheduled to do so. It will be interesting to see who else joins him from the ’18 class. Hopefully, for Notre Dame, the twins can work things out on their front.
