The Notre Dame football team will take on the Wisconsin Badgers in Week 4, and here is what the weather should look like for the matchup inside Soldier Field.

In front of College Gameday, the Notre Dame football team will take on the Wisconsin Badgers inside Soldier Field today. The game is a huge one for the Irish, who has looked shaky to start the 2021 season, causing them to fall outside of the top-10 despite going into this contest with a perfect, 3-0 record.

Wisconsin, on the other hand, sits at 1-1 entering this game, but they are coming off a bye week after a solid victory against Eastern Michigan. In that game, the Badgers ran the ball down the throats of the defense, something that will certainly be in their game plan against the Irish, especially if Kurt Hinish cannot go.

For Notre Dame football starting quarterback Jack Coan, this is a bit of a revenge game, as he led the Badgers to a Big Ten title game two years ago. He would like nothing more than to beat his old teammate, and I believe he could be in for his best game as a member of the Irish in this one.

Here we look at what the weather should look like for this matchup inside Soldier Field.

What does the weather look like for Notre Dame football against Wisconsin

The weather in Chicago is going to be beautiful for the Week 4 matchup, as it will be sunny with a high of 68 according to weather.com. There is no chance for rain in this one, and at kickoff, the temperature should be at a perfect 65 degrees.

With the weather not being a factor, you can expect Tommy Rees to take some shots downfield in this one, much like he did against Purdue last weekend. The Irish can really make a statement with a strong victory against Wisconsin, a team that went to the wire with Penn State in Week 1, and one that could spell trouble for this Notre Dame football team.
