The Notre Dame football team caps off their 2021 regular season on the road against Stanford. Here are the early betting odds and prediction.

The Notre Dame football team has been on an absolute tear as of late, once again being one of the dominant programs in all of college football. Since the bye week, and revamping their offensive line, the offense has been outstanding, led by the running of Kyren Williams, as well as the passing of Jack Coan.

On defense, the Irish have dominated the competition, as defensive coordinator Marcus Freeman is proving why he was the No. 1 target for this program to come in after Clark Lea left for Vanderbilt. Notre Dame has not allowed a single touchdown across their last three games, and heading into this one, they should be able to continue their winning ways.

Looking ahead, there is a real chance the Irish could make it back to the College Football Playoff, even after their rough start to the season, and all that is left is blowing out the Stanford Cardinal on the road.

In their last game, they were blown out at home by Cal by a score of 41-11, and while this one may not get that out of hand, I could see the Irish going into Stanford Stadium and putting up another statement win this Saturday night.

Overall, the Irish should control the tempo early, establishing the run game, before the defense puts the clamps on a stagnant Cardinal offense. When all is said and done, I like the Irish to rout the Cardinal.
