Notre Dame football at Stanford: 3 Cardinal to worry about in Week 13

Thomas Booker, Defensive End

Going into this season, College Football Network ranked Thomas Booker as the top defensive player on this Cardinal team, and he has the size to one day be an NFL defensive end. He is blessed with not only great size, but he is also quick off the ball, and while he does not have a ton of sacks, he can be a difference-maker in both the run and passing game.

The senior defensive end is the anchor along this Cardinal offensive line and is someone that this revamped Notre Dame unit must key on this Saturday night. They have been playing out of their minds as of late since changing up the personnel, and while they should dominate up front, Booker is someone who could give them problems.

Stanford is not a threat to knock off Notre Dame in this one, but the Irish are going West to play, and you never know what can happen on the road. They have been elite on both sides of the ball for over a month now, and while these three Stanford playmakers could have good games, the lack of talent for the Cardinal will be a factor in this one.
