The Notre Dame football team takes on Oklahoma State in the Fiesta Bowl on Saturday, and these players need a big game to help their draft status.

On Saturday, the Notre Dame football team will take on the Oklahoma State Cowboys in the Fiesta Bowl in a battle of two of the best teams in the country. Notre Dame heads into the game after winning seven straight to close the regular season, and during that time, we saw some players step up in a big way for the Irish.

Here, we look at four players who need a big day to help their draft status.

Cam Hart, Cornerback

Heading into the season, we knew that Clarence Lewis would man one of the starting cornerback spots, this after a tremendous 2020 campaign in which he came out of nowhere. In 2021, another cornerback stepped up in a big way, and that player was Cam Hart, a prospect who some view as a Day 2 pick in next year’s NFL Draft.

Hart has everything you look for in an NFL cornerback, and he will certainly be scouted in this one. He can make a real statement on Saturday, cementing himself as a Day 2 pick if he can shut down what can be a very potent Oklahoma State passing attack, led by Spencer Sanders.
