The Notre Dame football team should be explosive on offense in 2022, and here are three players who must be great on that side of the ball next season.

Last season, the Notre Dame football team saw Jack Coan step in and struggle a bit in the early going at quarterback. The big issue for the Irish on that side of the ball was the play of the offensive line, which really faltered after Blake Fisher was injured in the Week 1 win against Florida State.

After trotting out several left tackles, the team finally landed on Joe Alt, who became one of the best freshman offensive tackles in the country. They also inserted Andrew Kristofic at left guard, solidifying that side of the line, and seeing the Irish flourish both on the ground and through the air.

For the Irish, replacing Coan is going to be tough next season, as will be replacing Kyren Williams, widely considered one of the best running backs in the country the last two seasons. Still, there is a ton of talent left, nearly the entire offensive line is back, and there are enough playmakers to make this offense dynamic in 2022.

Here, we look at three members of the Irish offense that must be great in 2022.
