Day 3 of the on-field workouts at the 2022 NFL Combine will feature Notre Dame football defensive lineman Myron Tagovailoa-Amosa.

During Day 2 of the 2022 NFL Combine, Notre Dame football star running back Kyren Williams had his opportunity to improve his draft stock. Unfortunately, his results in the 40-yard dash left a lot to be desired, which means he will need a solid Pro Day to remain a Day 2 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.

For Williams, it may be all about the tape, as he ran over, and around college football defenses the past two years. The do-everything back racked up back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons, becoming only the fifth back in the history of the program to do so.

While his Combine was rough, Williams should remain a top running back option in this class, and on Day 3, defensive lineman Myron Tagovailoa-Amosa will get his chance to improve his draft status as well. The defensive linemen and linebackers take the field today inside Lucas Oil Stadium, and Tagovailoa-Amosa is one who could turn heads.

It has been a solid career for Tagovailoa-Amosa in South Bend, as he moved from the interior of the defensive line to the edge in his final season. That kind of versatility is going to play well at the next level, and while some do not feel he is a legitimate draft prospect right now, he has the kind of athleticism and strength to put up some serious numbers on Saturday.

Sunday will wrap up the 2022 NFL Combine, as the defensive backs and specialists take the field for the last time before their Pro Day. It has been up-and-down results for the Irish prospects so far this week, but there are still two days remaining, and Sunday will be a big day with Kyle Hamilton looking to cement himself as a top-3 pick.
