The Notre Dame football team should be electric on offense in 2022, and here are three players that could surprise in a big way.

When it comes to the 2022 Notre Dame football team, questions are still looming in terms of the depth chart, and even some starting jobs are still up for grabs. Looking at the roster as a whole, there is a lot to like about the group that will take the field this upcoming season, and some players are going to surprise some people.

Here are three offensive players who could surprise this upcoming season.

No. 3: Rocco Spindler, OG

The Notre Dame football team returns their entire starting offensive line from a year ago, a group that dominated down the stretch. For the Irish, they could certainly go into next season with the same starting five, but I believe that one player is going to make a legitimate push to get into the starting lineup.

That player is Rocco Spindler, who many felt would come onto campus and start as a true freshman last season. That did not happen, but he is a year older, and stronger this summer, and when all is said and done, he could be in the starting lineup when the Irish take on Ohio State in Week 1.
