One former Notre Dame Fighting Irish quarterback is still looking for a job in the NFL. But until he gets the call to report to a fall camp, Ian Book is working with some former Irish teammates in a whole other career.

Book has signed on with South Bend-based Golden Legacy Partners, teaming with co-founders and former Irish offensive linemen Josh Lugg and Tommy Kraemer in real estate management.

Book has joined forces with former offensive tackle Cole Mabry (chief investment officer) and co-founder Liam Eichenberg, the former Notre Dame All-America tackle now entering his fifth season with the NFL's Miami Dolphins. Until the former Notre Dame Fighting Irish star gets the NFL call, he's using the tools that every recruit talks about. The school has prepared him for his post-playing days, even if he's not ready for his playing days to be over.

Notre Dame Fighting Irish are the leaders in the clubhouse for WR Kaydon Finley

Marcus Freeman and company are on quite the recruiting heater. They've hauled in several commitments and are in line for a few more.

One of the guys they are in line for is wide receiver Kaydon Finley. The 4-star Texas prospect recently received an official prediction from On3 recruiting analysts to pick Notre Dame over several other Power 4 schools.

Jeremiyah Love gets more love for the NFL Draft

Social media account NFL Draft Files thinks that Jeremiyah Love is not only the top running back in the NFL Draft but also the best player in the draft. The account has already scouted multiple other players and has not seen anyone with more professional potential than the Irish star.

While Love has been getting plenty of ... love from draft analysts, this is the first time one of them has claimed the Notre Dame Fighting Irish running back was the best player in the entire draft. Obviously, he's got the chance to show that this fall.

Nick Reddish might be the next Notre Dame commitment

Speaking of that recruiting heater by Marcus Freeman and his staff, another commitment that could be coming rather soon is Nick Reddish's pledge.

The defensive back seems impressed with what the Notre Dame Fighting Irish have done in the 2026 class. Recruiting analysts think he could be so impressed he'll join them soon.
