Marcus Freeman has been working hard to prepare for the upcoming official visits on Notre Dame's calendar, while also trying to make sure he retains his commitments from players who are trying to be flipped by other programs. The month of June for any college football head coach is the craziest time of the year outside of the season, and Freeman is feeling the heat from some other programs.

With a visit to his father's Alma Mater on the docket this weekend, four-star linebacker commit Thomas Davis Jr. is now on flip watch for the Georgia Bulldogs. This may come as a shock to some, as Davis Jr. has been adamant about how much he loves Notre Dame and has committed to staying with the Fighting Irish.

While Davis Jr. is on flip watch, Notre Dame insideer Mike Singer doesn't think there really should be any worry as he thinks the young linebacker with stick with the Fighting Irish. Daivs Jr. is set for an official visit to South Bend in two weeks.

Thomas Davis Jr. has been a big advocate for Notre Dame during this recruiting season

As recruits have been making their official visits and trying to make decisions on where they want to play their college careers, Thomas Davis Jr. has been a huge advocate for the Fighting Irish. Even when he received an offer from the Bulldogs earlier this month, Davis Jr. made it known he was still locked in with Notre Dame.

Davis Jr. has even been one to tell incoming prospects that if Notre Dame is trying to get them into the building, that means a lot because they don't go after everyone. However, now it seems the tables could be turning as Davis Jr. gets ready to take his official visit to Athens this weekend.

The young linebacker could come away from the visit and double down on his loyalty to the Fighting Irish, but the visit is worth putting him on flip watch.
