EA Sports College Football 25 has been quite popular on social media and the internet in the last few weeks. There’s been all sorts of talk about who and what schools will be in the game. There also been some talk about what announcers will be in it.

It turns out that quite a few of the ESPN broadcast members that make up GameDay and who call games during the season are going to be in the game. Until Friday, it wasn’t totally clear just what everyone would be doing. But Chris Fowler shed some light on that.

It turns out that he and Kirk Herbstreit will be calling games in EA Sports College Football 25. Considering how many media personalities are in the game, it’s possible they may only be one broadcast team calling the action.

What’s clear from Fowler’s video on social media is that he’s been working hard to bring the realism in play-by-play that’s expected in EA Sports titles. In the video, Fowler explained that he can finally tell Notre Dame football fans and the rest of the college football world what he’s been working on behind closed doors.

Fowler explained that he’s been doing a ton of voiceover sessions and also made it clear that at times it was quite boring other stuff just quite surreal.

“You want to punt on second down? Try a 71-yard field goal? That’s in the game too, along with the appropriate analysis of those decisions. Your quarterback throws five picks in the first quarter or five toucdowns? We got you covered there too.”

It was here where the ESPN personality let it be known that he’d been working with Herbstreit to have banter back and forth that will be in the upcoming college football game.

That obviously means that the pair are also working on things like what will happen to Notre Dame football in this virtual world. If someone does something Marcus Freeman would never, it appears they’ll call you out on it.
