The Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team wrapped up their spring practice sessions with the Blue-Gold game and anyone who watched had to be quite happy with what they saw. However, there was one player they didn’t get to see.
The running game for the Golden Domers was mostly effective in the Blue-Gold game, but one has to think it would have been a bit better if Jadarian Price had been able to play. There were rumors why the Notre Dame Fighting Irish ruled him out.
Some thought that Price was on the way to transferring. It turns out that he suffered an injury late into one practice. Freeman told the collected media that the injury was actually on him. Price strained a hamstring during a late-practice kick return rep on Tuesday or Wednesday.
That should put any transfer rumors to bed. At least for now.

If there is a Notre Dame football player that might be on his way out, it would be Tyson Ford. However, he had family come down to the game on Saturday, even if he didn’t play. That might be a good sign for the Irish.
