We’re very close to knowing the game time for every Notre Dame football contest in the 2024 season. On Wednesday afternoon, NBC released the broadcast schedule for all the Notre Dame games on NBC and Peacock and unsurprisingly the vast majority of them are afternoon games.

The release of the seven Notre Dame on NBC games means that we now have the official kickoff times of 9 of the 13 regular season games the Fighting Irish will play in 2024. As a reminder, when these games air on NBC, there will be a new play-by-play man calling the action.

Out is Jac Collinsworth. In his place, Longtime NBC broadcaster Dan Hicks will be joining Jason Garrett in the booth. While there’s an argument that they should have kicked Garrett to the curb as well, we’ll consider the booting of Collinsworth a net positive.

Notre Dame football gets two night games on NBC

The Irish season kicks off with a 7:30 game on ABC against Texas A&M in a game that has playoff implications almost immediately since many people believe that Mike Elko and the Aggies could finish the season in the Top 12.

Notre Dame football then opens it’s home schedule on September 7 against Northern Illinois at 3:30 on NBC. That game is followed on September 14 at Purdue. The Boilermakers game is also a 3:30 kick time on CBS.

The Fighting Irish return home on September 21 against Miami of Ohio for another 3:30 game on NBC and then the following week will rematch against Louisville. That 3:30 kick time game is the only contest of the season on Peacock exclusively.

After a bye week, Notre Dame football returns to play on October 12 at 3:30 against Stanford on NBC. October 19 is the first game on the schedule we don’t have a kick time for as the Irish will take on Georgia Tech at the Mercedes Benz stadium in Atlanta.

The October 26 game against Navy at Metlife Stadium  is also still missing a kick time, but the week after their second bye the Irish will play a prime time clash against Florida State on November 9  in a game that could knock one of the teams out of playoff contention.

On November 16, Marcus Freeman’s squad will take on Virginia at 3:30 and on November 23, they’ll face off against Army at 7 pm on NBC in Yankee Stadium. The Notre Dame footbal team finishes its regular season on November 30 at USC. The kick time for that tilt hasn’t yet been announced but a prime time matchup seems extremely likely.
