The Notre Dame Football team has been spending considerable time and interest on one of the best wide receivers in the 2025 class. And it appears that the work is about to pay off in the form of a commitment.

The Notre Dame football team has had many visits to South Bend lately. Unsurprisingly, most of the guys who have seen what Marcus Freeman and company have to offer have been quite impressed. It appears that one player was more impressed than the other and now is said to have a heavy lean to the Fighting Irish.

Tanook Hines has some of the best teams in the country coming after him for his services, though it looks like the Texas prospect might pull a bit of a shocker if a couple of 247Sports analysts are correct. This particular get would be a good one as the Irish continue to reshape their talent level at the wide receiver position.

Hines recently paid a visit to the Notre Dame Football headquarters and came away quite impressed. Impressed to the point that both Tom Loy and Mike Roach entered Crystal Balls for the Irish to land the 4-star receiver out of Dekaney High in Houston, Texas.

Notre Dame Football in the lead for highly touted wide receiver

The good news is that Marcus Freeman and company are expected to get another talented receiver into the fold. The better news is that Tanook HInes was so impressed with his visit that Loy and Roach have boosted their confidence level over what we normally see.

The two 247Sports Analysts rated their confidence at a “7”. Even when these guys are pretty confident in their predictions, the level tends to almost always be a “6.”

The real question now is just how long Notre Dame football fans have to be before they have another talented receiver in the fold and boosting the 2025 class.
