As the 2024 NFL Draft gets closer and closer, Notre Dame Football fans are almost certainly quite curious to see where all the guys who are eligible are going to be selected. The only player who isn’t a real mystery is Joe Alt. The only mystery surrounding him is whether he’s going to go inside the Top 5, or just outside of it.

The big question for this year’s NFL Draft, is where are the rest of the former Notre Dame Football players going to go? Can Audric Estime prove the doubters wrong? Can JD Bertrand? Today, we offer a bit of a sneak peak on where some of the experts believe guys from the Notre Dame football team will be selected starting on Thursday.

Joe Alt continues to be first Notre Dame Football player drafted

According to the Consensus Mock Draft Simulator, the most likely scenario for Joe Alt is to get selected 7th overall by the Tennesee Titans. The database has him going there 58 percent of the time.

That’s echoed by PFF’s Mock Draft Analysis. It’s an interesting bit of a twist as there are plenty of Mocks out there going to the Arizona Cardinals at 4 or the Chargers at 5. But look for Tennesse to be his most likely land spot.

Blake Fisher goes next

Unfortunately, it appears there’s going to only be one former Notre Dame Football player who goes in the first or second round. Fighting Irish fans will have to wait until the third round before they see another player out of South Bend get selected.

Blake Fisher is expected to be that next guy, meaning that both Notre Dame’s starting tackles last year get taken in the first three rounds. The experts believe he’s headed to the Cleveland Browns as the 74th overall pick.

4th round will be an active one for Notre Dame Football

Three Notre Dame football players are expected to be taken in the 4th round, easily the busiest former Fighting Irish stars will be during any part of the three-day event.

Linebacker Marist Liufau is going to be a steal for the Carolina Panthers as the 107th player off the board. He’ll be followed just six picks later by Cam Hart, who is apparently destined to be a Baltimore Raven.

Then a bit of a surprise, as Audric Estime will apparently be selected by the New York Jets at number 134, just ahead of the end of the 4th round.

JD Bertrand the last off the board

The sixth and final Notre Dame football player expected to be picked this weekend will be linebacker JD Bertrand in the fifth round by the Buffalo Bills.

While it’s not ideal to be going that late, it is ahead of the 7th round, where some analysts have him.
